Educational Qualifications:
- Management Trainee (Digital Technology): B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics or MCA with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Management Trainee (Research & Analysis): Postgraduate in Economics with at least 60% marks.
- Management Trainee (Rajbhasha): Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory subject or vice versa, with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Management Trainee (Legal): Graduate Degree in Law (LLB) with at least 60% marks.
Age Limit (as of 28 February 2025):
- General/EWS: Maximum 28 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): Maximum 31 years
- SC/ST: Maximum 33 years
Note: Age relaxations are applicable as per government norms.

Written Examination: Objective-type multiple-choice questions assessing professional knowledge.
Personal Interview: For candidates who qualify the written examination.
